From the logo badge I think that this is also a Nex Point, with an internal combustion engine. The only example that I encountered. The fleet numbering system is also enigmatic.

Nex Point "Minebus" EV
The most noticeable feature of the Bangkok bus scene was the substantial number of these electric minibuses, also known as the "Smile Bus." Nex Point is a Thai manufacturer of commercial vehicles with an impressive website but information about this model in English has proved elusive. Although fitted with around 28 seats and two doors they carry a roving conductor. The all-blue livery indicates "NGV" air conditioning.
