I have no shots from the roof. Why not? Is it because I am weak, or because I am wise? Either way, the view from the bottom of this bent ladder was enough for me.

For a century or more, workers climbed this semi-circular staircase at the beginning of their shift. These days, the staircase is lit from above, because the roof and and the third floor and the second floor all have caved in, and you see blue sky if you round the bend at the top.

I'm just about all the way toward the front edge of the grandstand's cantilevered roof, looking toward the back of the structure. The green light in the distance is the elevator door. I took the stairs. Behind me, just below the very front edge of the roof, sits a press box, a photography station and darkroom, and a luxury box for special guests (hence the elevator). The darkroom has been stripped, except for a couple of plastic chemistry bottles, one labeled "Paper Fix."
