Enjoying the bliss of a Montana waterfall (see previous pic on Flckr.) . I liked this casual portrait in bluejeans. It was a great trip and she was one of the main reasons it was. Travel, hiking, nature, swimming and humor all keeps us young at heart and open to living a good life and sharing our happiness.

The water is refreshing and warm in the eastern Caribbean. We had a week of sunshine and saw four islands. My wife enjoyed the beach and swimming best but I liked the snorkeling adventures and getting up close with nurse sharks, stingrays and lots of colorful fish. It was romantic and relaxing.

Sunset was perfect on the Pacific shore and it was a perfect hour for taking a silhouette of my wife as we strolled along waiting for the green flash and the end of the day. It was lovely, romantic and even without clouds a wonderful south California classic. The water was warm on this day so walking barefoot was the only way to go. We had a birthday celebration at an Italian restaurant before driving over to La Jolla.

In December we took a short gettaway to Palm Springs for some art exploring, hiking, mexican gourmet food, dancing and time to relax out by the pool. After all that we can't help but smile and the flowers at our favorite hotel are like an bright eternal summer.
