A New Day Begins...

The forecast called for early morning thunder showers and inclement weather; Knowing they are the best days for sunrises... I made my way to Burton park and started taking shots of the sunrise.
the yellow and crimson blue hues of the sky only lasted a few minutes then were lost in the thicker cloud cover that suddenly enveloped the rising sun.

We had a very busy Christmas season, spent visiting family and friends. While at my Dads house in Belleville I captured the sunset and his sad looking birdfeeder. I think they made for wonderful images.

Falling Fog......
This morning there was a heavy misty, white fog that settled all over the quiet streets of Brampton. I headed out as soon as the sun came up.ready for an adventure! the nearby fields were thick with the white mist and the low lying areas were completely socked in. As i made my way through the neighbourhood I began taking pictures of what i saw. this shot of the train tracks on the parkway set the mood for most of what i shot today. i will post more later.
