After a three week battle with the flu, this was the first week Karen actually felt well enough to get outside so we could get some shots. The weather was fairly decent for Ontario, it was in the high -5 to -6 degrees: which is warm for the last day of January.
We headed to White Spruce Park and got to work. as we were packing up the sun was just starting to set, it had this awesome golden glow. i am so in awe of the wonders of nature and the gift of photography..

The Wind In The Wheat...
Digging through some shots I have taken recently I found these three shots: The wheat at the edge of the farmers field had been missed by the combine and had dried out quite significantly. it made for a wonderful photo.

We had a very busy Christmas season, spent visiting family and friends. While at my Dads house in Belleville I captured this spectacular sunset setting just behind the barn.. I think this made for wonderful a image.

We took to the trails for a winter walk, found ourselves in the white spruce stand again. This time a light snow had just fallen, the sky was extremely overcast and cast no shadows at all like a giant soft box what a perfect time to take photos.
Every now and then you really need to look up you never know what you will find..
