Abstract Reality..
I have been seeing a lot of “Art” as opposed to photographic images on Flickr lately , so many are abstract and yet all are very well done. So I thought I would give it a try.
This image was originally a flower... after spending an hour in photoshop experimenting and trying different Layers, effects and filters, this is what i came up with. I hope you all like my first attempt!

Forks...
Looking through my archives the other day and found this shot. Lost and forgotten in the back of a hard drive.
I spent a bored evening doing macro shots of various utensils and other items in the kitchen with my macro lens, it wasn’t until i was looking for something else in my archives that i stumbled upon this shot and thought it was time to revisit this again. I applied a different edit, but I think it turned out to be okay. let me know what you think in the comments.

Along the railway tracks are hundreds of tags (graffiti) this urban art and the lesser artistic vandalism is everywhere and on everything along the tracks. it is on the switch boxes and the power transformers and anything that is large enough to be a canvas for these adolescent artisans of all things rural.
