66708 is seen near Dockfield Junction, Shipley with a trial gypsum train - 6Z55 07:08 Hull King George Dock to Kirkby Thore. 27th August 2002. These trials didn't bear immediate fruit, but some two years later GBRf won a contract to transport gypsum from West Burton Power Station to Kirkby Thore on a regular basis.

66709 "Joseph Arnold Davies" passes through Selby station with 6L79 Selby Potter Group to Felixstowe on the 2nd October 2002. The loco was carrying a livery that is now historic, as it was repainted in 2012.

66707 is seen at Bridge 33 south of Colton Junction with 6M80 12:33 Tyne Yard to Peterborough. 19/10/2002. This train only ran for about a year - more’s the pity.

66703 "Doncaster PSB 1981-2002" is pictured approaching Nottingham station with a Mountsorrel to Doncaster stone train. 21st February 2003. This was the only time I ever went to Nottingham to photograph trains - taken there by my old mate Roger Varley. The hour and a bit we spent there was very productive with two freights and a couple of Tangerine and Teal HSTs. I'm glad I went, as I believe these views are no longer available.

66709 "Joseph Arnold Davies" passes Barrow-on-Trent with 4M21 05:42 Felixstowe to Hams Hall. Taken on the 1st September 2004. I would have preferred the shot without the passing EWS coal train however!
