25909 & 25903 charge through Hebden Bridge at the head of 7M35 14:23 Leeds to Stanlow empties. 14/5/86. I well remember Class 25s on these workings, but unfortunately by the time I started photographing in the Calder Valley, the Class 25s had ceased to provide the traction. Incidentally, Michael photographed nine other freights through Hebden Bridge that day. Heaven!

20163 & 20214 have just emerged from Weasel Hall Tunnel, Hebden Bridge on the 14th May 1986 with the difficult to photograph 7E77 19:07 Walton Old Junction to Healey Mills Speedlink working. Michael did very well to (nearly) freeze the motion using 100ASA Fujichrome, as the shot was taken at 8:30 pm. I suspect those lineside allotments have long-gone!

20164 & 20214 are about to enter Weasel Hall Tunnel near Hebden Bridge with 7E77 Walton Old Junction to Healey Mills Speedlink. 15/5/86. This train ran through the Calder Valley at a very awkward time of the evening (ie. late) and was definitely only phottable in summer. I think Mick did very well with this to say it was taken at 1/60th second.
