1927 Leyland Lion PLSC3, former Blythe and Berwick, Bradford 37, KW 1961 was also at last year's event. I love it however and it was nice to see it in sunshine. It's apparently been featured in the current "All Creatures Great And Small" TV series, so is very popular with the public also.

I just love seeing preserved Halifax buses, as I now reside there and saw and travelled on many when I was growing up in the Calder Valley. This 1962 Weymann-bodied Leyland Titan PD2-37, PJX 43, is no doubt one that I travelled on. Here it's seen leaving Skipton Bus Station on the 13th October 2024.

1973 Leyland Leopard, UJX 920M, poses side-by-side with it's Halifax Corporation Leyland Titan stablemate during a lay-over at Skipton Bus Station on the 13th October 2024. I thought it was fantastic to see two preserved Halifax buses together at the event. It almost brought tears to my eyes, even if I have seen the single-decker before.
