I paid my second-ever visit to Wakefield Model Engineers for their annual gala. As to be expected, there were some wonderful examples of the art on view and perhaps my favourite was this one - a GWR 0-4-2 tank, carrying the number 1432. Marvellous! 3rd August 2024.

I always like seeing miniature replicas of Evening Star and this one was as enjoyable as always. Whether it's the one that I've seen before at Gilling East, I'm not sure. A great loco anyway.
