A large group of workers from the Navan Sawmill pose for a photograph. When you consider the nature of the work, the dress of the men demonstrates how workwear fashions have changed. Those places were labour intensive with lots of sawdust and dirt flying about, yet they all have suit jackets, shirts, and in many cases, ties.
