This is the lighthouse at Galley Head, a rocky peninsula between Clonakilty and Rosscarbery in West Cork. A superb , wild spot; as I took this image there were a couple of Choughs feeding happily at the bottom of the field shown in the foreground.

A spectacular sunset viewed from behind the beach at Owenahincha, West Cork. To the left of the scene are the Stag Rocks. When I was taking the middle image of a three image stitch, a Little Egret flew across the scene. It's not in focus but it adds something to the overall image.
