Found often exclusively in pines, where it is often the commonest warbler. Relatively large bill, short undertail coverts make tail look longer. Throat color extends onto sides of neck, setting off dark cheek patch. Male is greenish-olive above, without streaking; throat and breast yellow, with dark streaks on sides of breast; belly and undertail coverts white. Tail has distinct fork (clear on this one). Immature is brownish or brownish-olive above with whitish wing bars; male is dull yellow below, female mostly white.
This bird was spotted in my yard (thanks to staying-at-home order!) on a Japanese Maple tree. It was also drizzing at this time. See 1st winter bird here.
Compare with Palm Warbler.

Adult male's broad black mask is bordered above by white, below by bright yellow throat and breast; under tail coverts yellow; upper parts dark olive. Female lacks black mask; face is olive, like crown, back, and wings, with whitish eye ring. Adults vary geographically in extent of yellow below, eastern birds generally showing less. Abundant; stays low in grassy fields, shrubs, marshes; often holds tail cocked like a wren. Nests on the ground.
