KORSA, the 16th House of Scafall is a hybrid of some of your favourite Phase 1 homes (can you guess?!), embracing elevation, space, intimacy and closeness to nature. I designed this house on a whim - and it has become one of my favourite Scafall homes for sure. ♥ One bedroom, one bathroom, open plan kitchen & dining, with 2nd floor lounge and 1st floor reading corner. The bedroom has been lined with Hessian Carpet to stay aligned with the natural. PBR & Legacy compatible, with working lights.

► PBR, PBR +probe, PBR +lights and PBR +lights +probe now included in the pack.
All glass, floors, stairs, exterior walls and stones have PBR materials.

All versions will work at base level on any viewer, but in the case of PBR, please select the version with probe if you wish to have a more realistic experience for reflections. This will define what's inside, vs. outside the home, and integral surfaces.

► Patchworking of small isolated bake errors.

► Window glass now textured/cleaner for more depth/realism.

► Installed working light system in versions labelled +light.

► Improved physics for spiral staircase.

► Improved LOD for entrance frames, exterior walls, and spiral staircase. Please note! This changes the land impact to:

PBR: 120 land impact
PBR +probe: 121 land impact

**And with added light system:
PBR +lights: 139 land impact
PBR +lights +probe: 139 land impact

► First model has also been packed (v1.0), with patchworking for small isolated bake errors.
