Just a few more days left (granted they don't change the dates!) for our massive sale @ the Shop & Hop. We managed to sneak in Updates and PBR versions of two of our homes (Aina & Kassel), and have double the usual amount of homes we have on 30% sale, as well as select decor items.

(1) Giant Christmas Teddy (7 land impact), wearable Christmas Teddy, and a matching wearable santa hat for humans!
(2) Noelle Ornaments: 0.5li each (after placement, link them to save li - instructions in the pack!).

↣ We have transportation ready for you by the entrance of our store and it fits two. Note: if you happen to tip over, it helps if the second person (the one at the back) hops off for a second while the first regains balance. Welcome to House Kaizen, the 17th House by Scafall!
A hybrid of Japanese X Modern X Wabi-Sabi, this house embraces the elements with water as the central feature. In the same family as our 2nd House: Koi, I wanted to create a fun/fluid walkthrough experience, different from every angle.
House Kaizen is designed for one lounge/living area in the back wing, kitchen and dining on the right, entrance way, one bedroom, one bathroom, and 3 decks for plenty of outdoor living options. It has two dipping pools (indoor and outdoor), and a water feature that hugs the living area. Options for lights or no lights. PBR & materials for dynamic lighting ♥
