Tracks along the Lurujarri Trail see the Australian Geographic Magazine 112 Jan 2013
from Minarriny (Couomb Point) via Walmadan (James Price Point), Kardilakan (Quandong Point), Nuwirrar (Barred Creek), Wirrkinymirri (Willie Creek), Ngunungkurrukun (Coconut Well), and Cable Beach near Broome and the Goolarabooloo Community past Minyirr (Gantheaume Point).
Every little sand and gravel is geology, because it has it's own earth-history.
Think about it :-)
- where does it come from?
- what is it made of?
- what is it's future?
and remember, most of the elements everything was going through a super nova!!

At Oldea in 1941 we listed just a few of the indigenous foods which could easily be obtained in the Spinifex area immediately around the whole Oldea Soak and mission station.
There were 18 varieties of mammals and marsupials; 19 birds; 11 reptiles; eight insects ; 6 water roots; 17 varieties of seed ; three vegetables; 10 fruits and berries; 4 other plants and fungi; as well as a variety of eggs and this is a very conservative estimate.

There are devices available for preventing camels from destroying rock holes like this. One is a large strong tripod erected over the hole that prevents the feral pests from drinking all the water. They can empty a hole with one drink. A 100 litres can be drunk by one thirsty animal at one visit!
The camel and the fence would certainly spoil the view and a photo.
