Redesigned warp nacelle has more weight in the front and therefore droops less. Also got the bottom surface of the wing on which stays on – kinda. This is not going to be a very durable model. A tiny part of it is finished... yay!

Built up most of one warp drive and added it to the pylon. Unsurprisingly it droops down at the back. What I might do is attempt a redesign to shift more of the weight forward so it’s more balanced and won’t droop as much. Also on top covered in trans-orange tiles is the grille thing in front of the impulse engines. Right under it is a green jumper plate upside down - this will have the LEDs glued to it to make the grille light up.

A slight redesign to improve strength; and an interesting technique I’ve not seen used elsewhere. The original design was weak because the assembly holding up the warp drive would easily pop off the technic beams running through the wing. I’ve now added a white rubber band which is stretched very tight and basically keeps the two parts pressed together. Not sure if this is a “legal” technique (even if it’s a legit LEGO rubber band).
