I'm not sure why, but the EXIF information is missing from this image. This was taken using a Canon 70D, Canon EF-S 60mm macro lens, at f/16, 3.2s exposure time, and ISO 100.

Single exposure, natural light, using a tripod. The plant the robber fly was sitting on was "plamped" in order to stop the wind from moving it around.
