Bridge opening attendees take in the views from the 14-foot bicycle and pedestrian path on the north side of the floating bridge. One of the most vaunted aspects of the program, the path will open in 2016 as an out-and-back trail on Lake Washington, with connections to Seattle once the West Approach Bridge North is completed in summer 2017.
