About 300 yards from the Black Diamond Natural Area parking lot, there's no sign of a roadway unless you dig for it. WSDOT will use this old roadbed to create a bypass for SR 169 as we build a new bridge over Ravensdale Creek. Once work is complete, all the pavement will be removed and the area restored to a natural state.
